		<description>That is a really good article its brief but hits a very important point.  It hit me his suggestion to read Nehemiah monthly that analogy is really true and accurate, all Nehemiah had to keep him going was that vision.  He definately had his fare share of problems but nothing got in the way because of his vision.</description>
