Google Scrubbed!

Tried to fire up Google this morning and found this:

I had to change our DNS back until they allow Google to work, my guess is someone added Google to a blacklist that ScrubIT subscribes too. They need to make sure certain critical domains are whitelisted no matter what. Hopefully they will update us on what happened soon.

Yes, I tried to do something this morning and was hosed. Very annoying. I just checked again and they are still scrubbing Google.
I looked up their technical contact in whois and called them. Hopefully they’ll get it taken care of soon.
Thanks, I submitted request online with them as well. Did you get a live person when you called them?
They seem to have fixed the problem now. I would still like to get an explanation and some assurances before switching back.
Very annoying! How can I follow my blogs in Google Reader if it’s scrubbed? My morning time was totally thrown off…
And they scrubbed Wikipedia too. Just the results What the…
As of 9:15pm Pacific Google was still getting scrubbed, so I changed settings. I hope to change back, but not if they scrub Google.
I guess we get what we pay for.
Your right, it is free so we can’t complain too much, but they are beta testing a premium pay service. If they expect customers to depend on them for DNS they have to prove themselves reliable.
I was running our whole church on it, you can guess how many calls we got it the morning when they couldn’t access Google!
