Using a ViewCast Osprey 100 with a Simple Flash Encoder

Our favorite card for video encoding is the ViewCast Osprey-100, we have been using it with Windows Media Encoder for years. Recently, we began testing live streaming with Ustream.TV which uses Adobe’s Flash technology for streaming. Their simple encoding client does not allow you to select which input on the Osprey-100 to use. To get around this, fire up the free Windows Media Encoder or the free Flash Media Encoder 2.5 and use it to select the input you want. Once selected, Ustream’s app will see the same input.

I have a question (or questions). I am looking to buy one of these cards and seeing as you have one, I’d like to ask you about it.
Does it come with some type of software? Say, if I wanted to turn my computer into a cheap vision mixer using one of these cards, could I have a camera plugged into each of the inputs and use their software to cut between them (as well as have a full screen output of the result of that?). Or, would it show up as separate devices in software like Resolume?
Or you can use VidBlaster, which should work with the Osprey. If not, let me know
