My church The Branch in Dallas has been using www.TruthCasting.com for a year and a half. It's great, especially when I've been out of town for work or the Holidays. They also just launched a free iPhone/iPod Touch app in Dec. It doesn't have any file size limitations and it's totally free- check it out?

I've been using blip.tv, and been very happy with their support and features ... so much that I upgraded to the Professional account ($96/year). My only concern is how long they can compete with the juggernaut that is Google :S

We just switched to blip.tv at KCBT. The integration is wonderful, and the podcast support was a major need!

Joshua, we currently use blip.tv at the church because their quotas are the best fit for the amount of video we upload. Blip.tv also has good video and audio podcast support. Personally I use Vimeo, they do a good job with High Definition videos.

I posted a couple posts about "YouTube 'Alternatives'" and "Vimeo: Streaming Videos in High Definition."

I had heard about Viddler last year at Podcamp Ohio, but never got around to playing around with it. Of the three that you mentioned, which do you prefer?

Jason: TruthCasting looks great, just haven't had a chance to try it. Do you know anyone who uses it?

Scott: YouTube took away the longer content option for producers in 2006. You can get an account with longer video support if you become a YouTube Partner but it is difficult to qualify. http://www.youtube.com/partners

Truthcasting just added a one time fee option for their service or you can use the free service with your own hardware....maybe this is a viable option too??
